Unicorn Umbrellas is the project of Swiss pianist, composer and producer Beat Zimmermann. The debut album “Every Picture Tells a Story” will be released on 24 April 2026 on all major streaming platforms, with a Limited Signature Edition CD & LP shipping to pre-order customers ahead of the digital release.

From the album, two singles have been released so far:

The Prison Within – Lead single about breaking out of mental cages and expectations, combining strong hooks with a detailed, modern arrangement.
I Regret – A more introspective, emotionally charged track about missed chances and the stories we tell ourselves in hindsight.

Both singles have received airplay and constant rotation on specialist prog station Morow, with additional support from prog outlets such as ProgAlley and ProgZilla, steadily building a growing international niche audience in the progressive rock community.
